Frequently Asked Questions
1. Which Languages Do You Support?
MEI-JIN can provide documentation in Dutch and English (preferred languages). Other possible languages are French, Spanish, German and Swedish.
For the preferred languages, virtually anything is possible. For the other languages, some more study will be involved for documentation because of my mastery of terminology in these languages. Don’t let that keep you from contacting me. I’m sure we can always find a way to make things work.
2. What About Cost?
MEI-JIN sees every project as a new and exciting endeavour. MEI-JIN is not my day job. I started MEI-JIN because of my passion for everything related to letters, AI and design. Let us talk about your ideas, and I’m confident we can find a budget that will make both of us happy.
3. Can You Also Make Websites?
I have limited knowledge of web design, but I have a few extremely skilled partner companies with whom I always work together for web design. They provide the website, while I write the web copy (texts and possible designs) and related documentation.
4. Can You Provide Designs Such as Branding Identity, Social Media Content or Banners?
Yes, I can provide designs. I mainly rely on professional AI tools and your wishes for designing. Branding can, for example, also be incorporated into your website, which would created with my go-to experts. All other design content would then be made in line with your branding.
5. How Do You Work when Creating Content (Whether (Ghost)Writing or Designing)?
We first need to know each other. Depending on the services you need, you will need one or more interviews. I prefer seeing each other at least once. Why? The result should not be my text; it should be yours. It should sound like you yourself would have written it. Your tone of voice, ideas, and everything you want must be reflected in your texts or designs. I can only accomplish that by getting to know you. At least a little 😉
